Return Policy
‍The products purchased on our website are firm sales. This policy has been implemented to reduce our ecological footprint by reducing packaging and additional transport. All purchases made on the website where the product has a breakage or is defective will be exchanged provided that the product is broken or defective in exchange. Never return your order by mail. You must contact Kuma Fireworks and we will arrange to exchange the merchandise.

‍Shipping policy
‍The delivery is free for all orders of $ 150 + tx everywhere in Quebec and Ontario and $ 200 + tx everywhere in Canada except in remote regions. Our website can only ship to canadian addresses. Therefore, at the time of the order, the delivery address must be complete and a valid canadian address. Please note that the delivery person must confirm that you are in age. In Canada, we still need proof of age to sell you fireworks. If the delivery person is unable to ship the package to you due to your age, the package will be returned to us and delivery charges will apply before your refund.
